5.00My boyfriend and I spent four hours on this boat built on lake Como with Captain Alex. He showed us the most beautiful spots on the lake while we enjoyed a slow cruise, listening to stories and local traditions. Captain Alex knows his stuff. Thank you so much Alex for this moment, he’s the best!
Will it be worth it? It all depends on your captain, maybe?

2.00Our "captain" texted us 10 minutes before pick up (we were at the docks) that he'd be 45 minutes later than booked. Apparently, he couldn't find gas. He showed up with bare feet and was very unprofessional. The boat was not clean. Our tour was simply a slow boat ride on Lake Como. We didn't hear any interesting information about the lake, our surroundings or any celebrity homes besides Alfred Hitchcock's. He was more interested in watching the boat wake and would answer some of our questions. We purchased one hour, but he offered us a second hour for half the price because we really wanted to see "big stuff" which never materialized. We spent 2 hours, spent around $700 and it was a total waste of our time and money. In fact, the experience was so weird I started wondering if we were safe! Viator, I'm not sure I'll book through you again.

5.00Captain Alex was a fantastic tour guide of Lake Como. We booked 1 hr, then extended it to 3 hrs due to the many places to see on Lake Como and the knowledge Captain Alex has with the various towns on the lake. Unbelievable experience and will recommend to all my family and friends to take advantage of his experience and knowledge of Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna and Tremezzo.

5.00Alex was amazing!he went above and beyond with the history,our photographer,he even picked us up on a different spot closer to where we at to save us time of walking.very beautiful lake como.will definitely come back and book them again!
I recommend this walk on the lake. Really a unique experience that should be appreciated!
