Pick up fram your hotel at 5.30 am and drive to Bukit Lawang
Bukit Lawang Trekking
This tour start early, at 5.30 am in the morning. We will pick you up from your hotel by 6.30 in the morning. Drive to bukit lawang on private car. Takes about 3 hour. arrived in Bukit Lawang by 7.30 or 8.00 Oclock.Meet and greet the jungle guide while having tea and breafast. Start the jungle trek tour once ready. The jungle trek will goes for 6-7 hours depending of your stamina. Steep inclined terrains are common in this area. Bring enough water,light clothing and proper trekking shoes. Having a raincoat can be useful. The local mosquito repellent available but only 13% deed max. Please bring your own if you need a stronger mosquito repellent. Bathing or swimsuit and towel also needed plus some extra dry cloth. All food and drink during the 2 day jungle trek will provided also with some fresh tropical fruits. Bukit Lawang Trekking
Spent one night at the campsite next to the river bank in the jungle. Be in the jungle and live in it. Live and be in the jungle, enjoy the most of it while observing the wild life. On the second day, breakfast and tea will be serve, relax and enjoy the morning vibe. You could go for another jungle trek for another 4 hours and comeback to tent and go to the waterfall near the campsite. Leaving the campsite by 2 pm on the tube rafting back to the Bukit Lawang Village and prepare to go back to medan. Your driver will pick you from designated area and start driving back to your hotel in medan or near the airport.

Transfer back to medan once you are ready by the afternoon

Drive back to Medan after the jungle trek tour. Usually at late afternoon. Please inform us which hotel you need to be dropped off

5.00This trip was amazing, Rimba was brilliant and really communicative on the lead up to the trip. Everything from pick up to drop off was well organised. We managed to see two orangutans and a family of siamangs and got incredibly close to them. The food was amazing, all meals were delicious and we had lots of incredible fruit. They also managed to catered to dietary requirements really well. Rimba went out of his way to get us to our next hotel taking us straight to Berastagi, which really made our lives easier. He told us more about some of the places and history of the sites on the way. 10/10 would recommend.

5.00The organizing was good and smooth. The pick up from the hotel was on time and drop off was flawless Got our breakfast ana coffee break once we arrived. Meet and greet the local guide with briefing and jungle introduction. Started the jungle trekking, goes for 6 hurs walking and observing the rainforest. Stay at camp for the night and sleep in tent surrounded by the jungle and constantly lustsning to the sounds of the jungle and river. Another short jungle trek the following day. Stop by the waterfall and got back to the camp by midday for lunch Pack every thing and tidy up the camp area then we tube rafting down the river. Some are fast stream some are slow. Late afternoon start the transfer back to our hotel near the airport Overall trip was excellent and well organized. We thank you for taking care of us during our trip and make the trip so fantastic, safe and Thank you
