2 days Jungle trekking it brings you deeper into the Gunung Leuser National Park. in our trip is not alwasy walking. we will searching and try finded the wildlife in their natural habitat, gibbons, thomas leaf monkeys, longtail and pigtail macaques, flying squirrels, Argusianus argus, hornbills and also wild orangutans might cross your way. And feel the atmospher of the jungle life Than sleep over in night in the jungle camp plus the magical rainforest sounds it will awesome during the night.

After breakfast continue jungle trek to see more wild animals or just visit tinny waterfall for relaxing. And enjoy the area and make some make up art. And in mid day back from the jungle trekking to bukit lawang by traditional rafting.

5.00Really enjoyed our trip with See Bukit Lawang. Our guides, Havizd ans Hendri, where great! They take such a good care of us, from the moment we arrived in Bukit Lawang. They where very relaxed and we had a lot of fun together. Also the food was amazing! We saw the oerang-oetan a few times and a lot of other monkeys, also the rafting at the end is nice!

5.00SeeBukitLawang is a great tour organisation! We did the 2 day jungle trekking, followed by the sunrise at the Sibayak Vulcano and ended on Samosir Island on Lake Toba. The guides were very kind, knowledgeable and we had a total blast! Thank you Izoen for the great start we had on Sumatra!
So good we came back again a year later!! And will return!

5.00We had first done this trip last summer and had such a wonderful time that we came back again…this time with our 19 year old son. Seeing orangutans in the wild had been on my bucket list since I was a little girl and this genuinely was a trip of a life time. From the moment we landed in Medan, we knew we were in safe hands. Izuen had taken care of all our itinerary needs for us and Tony was waiting for us at the airport. He whisked us straight to Bukit Lawang where we were greeted by our wonderful jungle family. Over the week that we stayed we did several jungle treks and loved every minute. We saw so many animals and it was such a privilege to see the incredible orangutans in their natural habitat. The water rafting was so much fun and we loved spending time by the river swimming and playing games with our jungle guides. The food was incredible and there seemed to be a never ending supply of it. The fruit was out of this world. The camp in the jungle is basic but I had learnt from last time and take my own blow up pillow (the little luxuries 😂) and I took water shoes as I struggle to walk on rocks, these were a life saver for me. I’m genuinely planning on return in a year or so and I wouldn’t hesitate to hand over all my travel needs to Izuen and his team. They were all wonderful and I can’t wait to go back again.

5.00Best experience on our trip to Asia. Guys were super friendly and helpful. Everything worked just perfect. The stay at Izoen’s guesthouse was also worth it. And Rendy was the best guide for our stay. In the end we regretted that we didn’t stay for the whole 2 weeks experince but our one week itinerary was perfect.

5.00I booked See Orangutan because of all the positive reviews and it was the best decision of my trip. Excellent communication and service from time of booking through to our departure. I was travelling solo and Enjune was extremely helpful in the lead up with finding us a tour group to join, accommodation, transportation to and from Medan Airport, and preparation checklists for the trek. Our guide, Dollat, went above and beyond maximising wildlife sightings and close up photo ops, as well as trail safety. All meals were great. Jungle accommodation was basic (as expected) but clean, tidy and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Their staff and guides are super knowledgeable and passionate hospitality professionals.

5.00Spoted several Orang Utan:) Our guides made very yummy food and were well informed and friendly. Can only recommend. If you do a longer trip than us (2D1N) you go even deeper in the jungle. However for us this length was the sweet spot.

5.00We did the 3-day and 2-night trek with See Bukit Lawang, and it has been, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of our trip in Indonesia. From the start, the team made us feel comfortable and safe, something essential when you go into the jungle. Our guides, Havidz and Irpan, were amazing: attentive, patient and with a great knowledge of the environment. They helped us at all times and thanks to them we could see a lot of fauna, including orangutans. Another highlight is our chef, Ram, who surprised us with delicious meals in the middle of the jungle. We couldn't believe how well he ate in the middle of nature. At the end of the trekking, we returned rafting along the river, an activity that we thoroughly enjoyed and that made the adventure even more exciting. We also want to thank Izoen, who organized our entire trip, including accommodation and transportation. Although he wasn’t with us on the trek, he was always watching for everything to go perfectly and also showed us around Bukit Lawang, making the experience even more special. If you’re thinking of hiking in the Sumatran jungle, See Bukit Lawang is the best option. Professionalism, security and an unforgettable experience. Fully recommended!

5.00WOW - what an awesome experience my trip was with these guys. Izoen was incredibly organised and responded within the hour with answers to questions. Everyone that I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Arnol who was not only a wonderful guide but took so much time to make sure that my trip was special. The accommodation in the overnight jungle spot is very basic but the effort made in the smaller details make it a special experience. The food provision was delicious and Indra made the most yummy supper - one of the best meals I had in Indonesia. The trekking was great and had beautiful sightings of orangutans. If you’re planning a trip to the jungle then I highly recommend using See Bukit Lawang for your Sumatra Jungle Trek.

5.00The Jungle Trekking was an amazing experience I will never forget. I did the 2D/1N Tour and it was perfect for me. We were a small group (4 people), the food was amazing and I had a great sleep in the jungle. In the evening the guides did some fun magic tricks and told great stories about the jungle and the orang utans. The Rafting at the end of the tour was refreshing and adventurous. I can highly recommend this tour.

5.00Fantastic but tough trip! Super friendly and very helpful guides. Great nature and beautiful monkeys. The meals the boys had with them on the way and prepared in the camp tasted delicious. And the campfire with live music was very atmospheric. The accommodation in the jungle was fine. And the rafting was great fun.
