This 2 days mikumi park safari from dar-es-salaam is a short but rewarding safari, its suitable for travelers without much time but intend to have an experience of the wildlife at Mukimi national park. The safari stats from Dar-es-salaam departing very early in the morning, taking 5-6 hours to arrive at the park. The activities will include game drive in the park to see the wildlife.

Transfer to Mikumi national park Pick up from your accommodation in Dar- es-salaam at 6:00am; embark on a drive to Mikumi national park. Check I at your lodge at the park, later head for game drive in the park in search for elephants, girafess, lions, hippos in the hippos pools, warthogs, buffaloes, elands etc. later head back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning game drive and transfer. Get up early in the morning and head for an early morning game drive in the park search for wild game that you could have not seen the previous day. Later head back to the lodge check out and transfer to Dar- Salaam arriving in the evening.

Honestly a 10/10 experience seeing as we booked very last minute but everything exceed our expectations , the whole team was super helpful and accommodating , Benson , hussieni, nasari and Jefferson . Jefferson was our tour guide for the safari and he really was the highlight of the trip he made it unforgettable.

We really had 2 wonderful days. We were picked up from the hotel on time and safely driven to the port, from there it was 1.5 hours by ferry to the mainland, once there we were received directly and we continued by car towards Mikumi Safari Park. Back we took the plane from Safari Park directly to Zanzibar. The procedures were super organized, we had the best Safari Guide Benson, he was mega likeable and professional, explained and showed us a lot. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

Everything was perfect. We saw elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, hippos, crocodiles etc. It was much better than we expected. Benson was a perfect guide. Everything was precisely organized from the first minute.

It was a 10 out of 5!! Benson is a very experienced and great guide, not only interested in the animals but also the birds! An absolute must visit when in Tanzania. The respect for nature is something Benson is breathing through his lungs!

Great experience on safari with Benson. Stayed for one night and two safaris and saw plenty, including a lioness hunting zebra's. Benson was a great tour guide and full of knowledge about the animals. Was fantastic price and well worth the money, highly recommend to anyone looking to do a safari in Tanzania

We spent a month in Tanzania and this safari was the highlight of the entire trip! It was the first safari I have been on, and it exceeded all of my expectations - never did I expect to see such a variety of animals up close and personal! Benson was a fantastic guide with an obvious passion for animals and he made sure we saw as much as possible, and shared some of his huge wealth of knowledge about them. I would not hesitate to go on this safari again!

We had the best two days of our six week trip in TZ. We really felt like we had the best guide in the park with Benson. He gave us the most immersive experience. While at first we were hesitant to be in an open car, Benson’s knowledge of the animals put us to ease instantly. We felt incredibly safe the entire time and got to get so close to the amazing animals. Benson was there to “make our dreams come true” and he certainly delivered! I would return yo Mikumi or visit their company in North TZ in a heartbeat. Benson accommodated all of our needs and I honestly cant find a single fault. The accommodation and food were great too.

We did not have much time and we decided to take this safari and we were very surprised. We saw many animals and Benson made us have a great experience and helped us with some problems that arose! 100% recommended

it was an amazing experience with Mr Ben ! Best guide in Mikumi. We saw all the wild animals. Ben organize all the safari with the transfer to Dar es salaam airport. We had a good driver Abdul for the transfer. I recommend Mikumi holidays safari for experience life!

We had an exceptional experience during our 2 days 1 night safari trip.Our safari guide,Benson just knows the best time and the best places of where to spot the animals.We had a really really close encounter with 2 lion prides which literally walked next to our jeep. Highly recommended,great value for money.
