Depending on where you’ll be staying in Zanzibar, a driver will come pick you up at 5:00 am and begin your journey to Serengeti. You’ll arrive in Central Serengeti before noon where a professional guide will be waiting to greet and brief you on the journey you’re about to embark. The Central Serengeti offers superb game viewing all year round due to its abundance of resident animals. Specifically, the Seronera River Valley in the Central Serengeti is a ‘must see’ on every safari regardless of the specific month of travel. Game viewing in Central Serengeti is at its best during the dry season (June - December) as resident animals are more concentrated in the immediate area due to the lack of water on the plains. Resident herbivores include impala, buffalo, hippo, warthog, topi, hartebeest and giraffe. Resident carnivores include lions and leopards.

Following breakfast, we'll go with a packed lunch for an early morning game drive that will last for 6 hours. You’ll get to experience what The Serengeti is famous for (stunning beauty, diverse landscapes and amazing wildlife) for one last time. Then after we are done with lunch, we’ll head to our campsite, grab our things and then drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We'll be stopping along the way to view for more wildlife viewing.

After breakfast, descend into the crater for a crater game tour. Later on, you will drive to Arusha. The Ngorongoro Crater, often dubbed the "African Garden of Eden," is a geological marvel that promises a sensory overload. 5.00Just returned from a magnificent 3 day Serengeti safari with Goldfinch Adventures .The communication from Brenda was from the beginning was 10/10, I thought, attentive and quick to answer any questions, she happily helped us with everything we needed, Our excellent guide Walanga was there to meet us on arrival at Arusha Airport. The safari started that morning and was a true marvel. Our guide Walanga had over 17 years of experience in his work and it was amazing how with his eyes he could see many animals in the distance. We were able to see all the big five over the 3 days. The accommodation on both nights was exceptional with great food, I would definitely recommend staying in a luxury tented accommodation in Serengeti as loved listening to the animals at night. It was great and felt so safe with the Masai keeping an eye on things. It's definitely worth the price you pay. There are many companies that offer even less and are more expensive. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Goldfinch Adventures and I will recommend it to anyone who asks, as everything went fantastically beyond our expectations

5.00I've been in a 3 days couple trip with Goldfinch and I'll never forget it. Kelvin was following my issues and my request since I've booked 6 month before and he has always been staying by my side if I Needed anything. I've chosen a luxury Plan and It was truly Amazing. The service, the hotels, the food and even the Little attentions they gave us was perfect. The baloon experience costs a Little too much, but we tought maybe we won't do another safari in Life so we booked It. I don't regret It because It was Amazing seeing sunset in the savana, Flying around watching Animals, having a Little celebration After the landing and even the breakfast in the savana. 5 stars to the entire experience. Thank you again Kelvin, thanks to our "Eagle Eye" driver and incredibile spotter Frenk, and tò Goldfinch Adventures. Hope our Path Will cross again.

5.00Thanks to all at Goldfinch Adventures for an amazing trip to Serengeti and Ngorogoro crater. Kelvin was really helpful putting together a tailored plan for us. And a massive thank you to Ludo for making our trip so memorable. We saw the most amazing animals including the Big 5 and experienced some once in a lifetime moments - pulling up to a tree, where a lioness was no more than 3 metres away!! We were the only jeep there at the time and got to spend an amazing 5 minutes with her before she jumped out of the tree and sauntered off to find lunch!! 10/10 is not enough to give this wonderful tour - asante Goldfinch!!

5.00Our 3 days safari with our guide Ludo was such an amazing experience. Ludo knew all about wildlife and was very looking to satisfy everybody's wish in the car. He was always on the look out for all the wildlife and to serve us the best possible way. I would have loved to stay more than 3 days, so that we would have had less driving and able to visit also Tarangire national part and maybe Lake Mynara, but we were tight on days Deo Robert (the tour operator) and Ludo our tour guide both suggested it but we could do otherwise Although we manage still to see all the big 5 -and even more and more wildlife Moyo Tent was a unique wildlife tent experience- welcomed us with a traditional song, refreshing cloth and a drink. You experience both sunset and sunrise in the true wild and also hear and see wildlife closeup (we had 3 dikdiks in front of our tent - and could hear sounds of animals at night which was awesome) The Retreat at Ngorogoro was on another level - amazing luxury and ambience - well needed after all very long day in the wild looking for animals and dusty roads Great Thank you goes to Deo Robert who was always in touch and tried to make our experience an unforgettable one And Thank you to Ludo for making us feel like family during these 3 days spent with us and for being able to spot all the wildlife we could possibly see * During our booking, Deo Robert was very professional. Great communication and quick responses to questions. * Payments were easily done online. I will always choose the Goldfinch Safari Tour and would recommend it to anyone.
