  I had a great experience. I spend 2 nights in Mara Ntulele camp just beside the Masai village. In the camp conditions were very good. Spacious room,very polite staff, good food and choice of drinks. Solar panels and generator was the source of electricity, so in the night electricity was not available. Our safari driver Dan Castro, did exceptional work to get at minimal distance to every animal so everyone can get the best photos. He did his best to satisfy the need of every person in 8 men group. My admiration for Dan Castro. I recommend his service.

  enjoyed safari trip organized by Jyoina quite a lot. Communication was smooth and swift. Kelvin our guide is vey good at what he does besides being very friendly. We got to see almost all of the exotic animals. Kelvin even went out of his way to make our safari memoriable for rest of our life by encountring us with two fully grown pride brothers of lions. After safari we had previlage to visit Maasai village and get to know their culture and amazing luck to get photos with the chief himself. Thank you very much for such unfogottable experice Jyoina safari team and Kelvin!

  We took a 3 day safari budget trip with peter as a guide and it was amazing. Peter was such a fantastic guide, I cannot say enough good things about him. He made such an effort to allow us to see so much of the masai mara, as many of the wild animals there as possible, and even a great sunset. He knew exactly how to find his way around and how to get to see great animals. In general, the safari itself was fantastic, we stayed at the giraffe camp. The food was great and the people were very accommodating and welcoming. Could not have asked for a better experience.

  I had an incredible 3-day, 2-night safari experience in the Masai Mara with Joyina Safari, and I would highly recommend them. From the very beginning, they showed exceptional kindness and professionalism — especially when I encountered visa issues at the airport. They were patient, understanding, and truly supportive during a stressful situation. The safari itself was amazing. Our driver-guide was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to help us explore the best of the Masai Mara. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see 4 out of the Big Five animals, which was unforgettable. One important point to note: the park entrance fees must be paid directly to the agency either in US dollars or in Kenyan shillings — and unfortunately, this wasn’t clearly communicated in advance. We were not allowed to pay by card or M-Pesa, even though we know for a fact that this would have been possible at the gate. It caused some unnecessary stress, so I would advise future travelers to clarify the payment method well ahead of time. If I had one additional suggestion, it would be to improve the overall organization and communication between the driver and the group. There were a few misunderstandings that led to some tension among participants, but it didn’t take away from the beauty of the experience. Overall, Joyina Safari delivered a memorable and rewarding adventure — I’m really grateful for everything they did.

  The organizer (Joyina Safaris Africa) organizes everything in a professional manner. Everything went well: the prompt communications, the tour guides/drivers namely "Peter" and "Ron" are awesome: they both are very helpful, friendly and professional not only on driving but also as an excellent guide who know about Masai Mara very well and spot the wild animals in very efficient way. The accommodation was good (only a little issue on water supply/hot water) and so do the meals. I enjoyed a lot this experience and am highly recommended this tour organizer.

  Booking safaris can be very stressful as there are so many options and prices. I found Joy’s advertisement on Facebook and contacted her about the tour package prior to visiting Kenya. She was swift at responding and open about all your queries. She gave me a detailed itinerary of everything. I chose the budget option and frankly it wasn’t too bad at all, in fact it made the stay more interesting. The accommodation was basic, but it was clean, with lovely staff. Food was also basic home cooked meals and everyone came to the dining room during meal times to catch up. It was really lovely. I also appreciate that Joy was checking up on my through the tour. The safaris were amazing no doubt and everything ran smoothly and on time. The jeep was comfortable despite the long bumpy journey, it was quite an adventure. This is one of the most affordable tour packages you can get for the Masai Mara as I’ve asked a few places when I got to Nairobi and they were giving me higher quotes for the same budget option. I would definitely recommend booking with Joyina Safaris.

  

  

  

• The best experience I had until now

  This was my first time in Kenya and I wanted to explore Masai Mara and then I was searching on the web and Facebook for a good tour operator and then I came across joying safaris, as they have mentioned budget safari and then they shared the package which had prices lower when compared to others. However they gave me an option for a luxury stay at a different price and to which I accepted. I was received by driver Dan on the day of trip. We reached Masai Mara and then checked in to my hotel and after lunch we quickly left for the safari game drive and back late evening for dinner after viewing the wild. The hotel was perfect for a decent luxury trip and it was up to my expectations. The 2nd day was full day game drive and lunch was packed from hotel and we did find a beautiful picnic spot in the wild for lunch. Then continued seeing the remaining of the jungle. We did see all the big 5 ugly 5 and the other 5. The trip was overall 10/10. Driver was the guide too who was explaining everything and saw that we(other solo travellers) were comfortable and got what we came for.
