An authentic day experience of the historical and cultural tour of Masai land. This is a step-by-step experience of their culture from both Men and Women. The Maa community is privileged to have preserved their culture from the 17th and 18th Century. There a reference point when it comes to the culture of the East African communities both in Kenya and Tanzania.
A highlight of your safari vacation is a visit with these Maasai people. The Community is welcoming and happy to share their culture and ways of life.

5.00Very unique and memorable experience! We joined traditional dance, wore Maasai clothes, and even made our couple rings. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Perfect for honeymooners!

5.00Visiting the Maasai village was an incredible cultural experience! We were welcomed with traditional songs and dances, and our guide Tim explained the Maasai way of life, their customs, and their strong sense of community. It was fascinating to see their traditional houses and learn about their unique traditions. Some parts felt a bit staged for tourists, but overall it was very educational and respectful. I especially appreciated the chance to ask questions and interact directly with the familie. A must-do if you want to understand Kenya beyond the safari experience!

5.00The Mwose guide was really great. Very interesting and patient. He also told us a lot of anecdotes. It is ultra punctual and with little care. The experience of the Maasai village was incredible. Only two of us visited the village. We were able to discover Maasai culture through their rituals. They welcomed us super kindly and we were able to participate in several activities. In short, we clearly recommend this excursion

5.00The experience was 10/10. Staring off with the guide (Mwose) who picked us up at the hotel. He was very kind, attentive and very focused and ensured in making the experience a memorable one. The trip took two hours from the city to the village, but the journey was comfortable through and through. The day tour was amazing in itself, experiencing the Masai culture and understanding their way of living. This tour is a must!! I highly recommend

5.00Tim was absolutely wonderful. He arrived promptly at our hotel in the morning and text to say he had arrived and that we could come out whenever we were ready. The whole way there he informed us of facts about the Maasai tribe and about Kenya in general. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. When we arrived he introduced us to the Maasai family we were meeting. He stayed with us throughout the whole day again informing us of lots of facts and interesting information. 10/10 for a trip experience. This is one we'll never forget. Thanks Tim!

5.00We had a full day with Tim learning about Kenya, it’s history and culture. The visit to the Masai village was an extraordinary opportunity to view, partake and interact with actual tribe members. We were able to see how aspects of their culture are seen through other cultures and how concepts such as herbal medicine were employed. We greatly appreciated the knowledge and attention from Tim, thus tour is recommended to everyone.

5.00A must do Maaasi village experience when you’re in Nairobi! We were warmly welcomed when we arrived by the entire family! Tim our guide was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and gave us so much Kenyan history during our drive to the village It was a great day!

5.00Excellent tour! Obed was a wonderful guide. He shared a lot of history and current information about Kenya and the Maasai culture. He was prompt and respectful and easy to talk to. The Maasai were so amazing. They were very welcoming and had a great sense of humor. Awesome experience!
