4.00We had to wait 45 minutes for a passenger to arrive, so I got to my place a lot later than expected. They should give a warning for everyone, if they aren’t there on time, they’ll just leave you, because it affects everyone. The trip was a little longer than 3 hours, so you should also keep than in mind. Other than that, the driver was very nice and the shuttle comfortable.

5.00Excellent service, on time for pick up, smooth travel, responsible and kind driver. We were in a small bus of 16. Stopped half way for toilet and snack, arrived on time! All communications via WhatsApp, in advance and clear. Highly recommended!!

5.00Our driver, Jafet, drove us for 2 hours on a transfer from Tenorio Lodge to Arenal Observatory Lodge. The drive was breathtakingly beautiful, but also involved narrow, steep, curving mountainous roads at the base of the volcano. Jafet negotiated them excellently for a safe and comfortable ride. The van was also clean and well maintained. 5 star rating.

1.00The driver took me to the wrong address and then left me in the dark and drove off despite my plea being in a strange country and Strange neighborhood this is how people lose there life

5.00My sister and I took our father (in his 80s) on a wonderful float down the river with Mey. We so sloth and iguana, many toucans, a mot mot many sand pipers and monkeys and much more!! Mey was awesome and set the scene for a relaxing and informative few hours on the river. He has a great eye and spotted things we never would have seen and knew a lot about the animals and plants we passed. We were a bit shell-shocked from a very crowded, loud and impersonal rafting trip the day before and this after was peaceful personal and very informative for all of us!
