  Our driver and guide were approximately 10 minutes late. They made no apology for being late and didn't introduce themselves until all 6 passengers were picked up. So that's about one hour in the car in the dark. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable for all of our activities. When asked, she was quite responsive to our questions. She did not tell us what to bring as we left the van, nor did she assure us that the van would be locked. As experienced travelors we asked the questions. We stopped to visit a particular sights, it felt rushed. not volunteer how much time we'd have, nor did not indicate the best places to take photos, nor did she offer to take any photos for us. Lastly she did not enquire into the individual mobility issues before going on a specific excursion with lots of staiBrs, uneven ground.. If she would have done these things she would have been 5 not a three.

  this was my favorite part of my trip! Olman was such a great tour guide, he was very knowledgeable about everything and so patient with our constant photo shoots 😂 i’d definitely recommend this trip to anyone!

  Olman, our guide and driver, was very efficient. We received reminders of the upcoming tour and live minute by minute updates of his arrival time at our hotel. He was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our questions. All sites visited were really enjoyable and explored at a leisurely pace, we never felt rushed. We highly recommend Olman and this full day tour for a great Costa Rican experience!

  A great day packed with uniquely Costa Rican experiences! From coffee fields to a volcano to water falls it was a very well orchestrated tour with a knowledgeable guide. Definitely learned a lot about Costa Rica in addition to the beautiful sites we saw. Packed a lot into a day trip! But it was definitely worth it.

  The tour guides did an excellent job showing the full tour bus around. The visits to the coffee plantation and the volcano were perfectly chosen and described. We visited an animal refugee zoo and had buffet lunch. We stopped at several points to visit gift shops and purchase snacks. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes and socks for the trails and challenging terrain.

  It was amazing to be able to live this experience with our guide Raquel, we went in February and could not see the volcano due to the number of clouds, it is a 50/50 hopefully you can see it. Very nice everything we loved

  The tour was very comprehensive and our guide Olman was fantastic!! He took the extra time to make sure we saw everything we wanted to and was a wealth of information. The La Paz waterfalls were the highlight! Definitely would recommend

  We had an incredible tour experience with Olman visiting Poás Volcano and La Paz Waterfall. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty of Costa Rica. At Poás Volcano, Olman made sure we understood the history, geology, and unique features of the crater, which made the visit even more impressive. He timed everything perfectly and kept the day running smoothly. At La Paz Waterfall, he guided us through the trails at a comfortable pace, pointing out wildlife and making sure we didn’t miss any of the best viewpoints. What really stood out was his friendliness and attention to detail. He answered all our questions, shared local insights, and made the entire day feel relaxed and personalized rather than rushed. If you’re considering a tour to Poás Volcano and La Paz Waterfall, I highly recommend booking with Olman. It was a memorable and well-organized experience that we truly enjoyed.   Bought the tour for my parents traveling to Costa Rica. I was a bit nervous for them to go on their own but they treated them so well and were excited to tell us all about the tour! I’m thankful I choose this tour for them and will be booking it again when I travel to Costa Rica.
