The Galapagos Classic Island Hopping tours are designed for travelers who like a mix of adventure, family owned hotels and good food. These tours are a combination of interesting day tours and time to explore the Galapagos islands by yourself. The hotels are tourist superior class.

- Santa Cruz highlands: You will be surrounded by impressive flora and fauna including giant tortoises in their natural habitat and unique volcanic features.
- Bartolomé / Floreana / North Seymour: on these uninhabited islands you will find lots of endemic species.
- La Loberia: A beatiful beach where you can find plenty of sea lions, interacting with each other.
- Isla Lobos: Snorkel, swim and hike around sea lions, blue footed boobies and other species.

It is recommended to book flights with an early arrival time to the Galapagos Islands and a late departure time from the Galapagos Islands to make sure you can enjoy all of the activities of the tour. Late arrivals and/or early departures mean you might miss some activities.
There are no guides on the transportation by public speedboat between islands.
Try to only bring small baggage/bags since public transportation on the Galapagos Islands is quite small.
Tap water on the Galapagos Islands might contain bacteria and should not be consumed, not even for brushing your teeth. Bottled or purified water is always recommended.
Inform yourself about food safety when traveling to tropical countries. Take the necessary precaution to avoid food poisoning (always wash your hands before eating, don’t eat ‘street food’, only eat peeled fruits, etc.).
It is important to have valid travel and medical insurance. Please inform us of any known medical conditions you have.
The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary without previous notice due to weather conditions, availabilities, National Park regulations or notifications and unforeseeable circumstances.

Accommodation is based on number of travelers, if you are traveling with a group, you will be sharing rooms (single rooms require an extra fee).

Your tour will start at Baltra airport (GPS) where the guide will pick you up at the arrivals area of the airport and will take you to the highlands of Santa Cruz. First you make a stop at the Twin Craters. “Los Gemelos”, or the Twin Craters, are located opposite to each other. You will have lunch in the highlands (if your arrival is before 2 PM). This includes a visit to the famous Lava tunnels. Rancho Primicias is located on the top of the island Santa Cruz. This is a humid tropical forest and offers varied landscape. Its major tourist attraction are the tortoises that migrate from the park to this property at certain times of the year. Afterwards you will be brought to Puerto Ayora.

Metropolitan Touring
Today you will visit an uninhibited island by boat. It will either be Floreana, Bartolome or North Seymour. You can tell us your preference and we try to get you to that island. Unfortunately due to availability we cannot guarantee the island. You will navigate for about 30 min up to 2,5 hours to get to the island. You will have a short hike to get to know the land species and afterwards you will go snorkeling. Around 4 PM you will be back in the village and you might have time to visit the Charles Darwin Station by yourself.

La Loberia
At 07:00 AM you take the public speedboat to San Cristobal. Here you’ll be picked up and the driver will take you to your hotel. The rest of the morning is free, and you can visit La Loberia beach on your own.
Isla Lobos
At 01:00 PM you will go to Isla Lobos where you will have a high chance to see blue-footed boobies and a big Galapagos sea lion colony. The boat ride takes about 20 min and upon arrival, you will have a snack / basic local lunch. Afterwards you have a hike of about 1,5 hours before you go snorkeling.

After breakfast, you will have a drop off at San Cristobal Airport (just 5 min). In the morning you usually have time to enjoy a bit more of the sea lions at Playa Mann or you can go to the interpretation center by yourself. The tour will end upon arrival to the airport where you will depart to Quito or Guayaquil.

5.00My wife and I did a 4-day cruise on the Archipell catamaran which we had arranged through Rebecca Adventure Travel. Everything went very smoothly and we could not have been happier with the service. Rebecca Adventure Travel reps are very responsive to emails and they also arranged the Covid tests back in Quito for us. The Archipell crew were fantastic and our guide, Fabian Sanchez, was absolutely outstanding: knowledgeable and deeply concerned with the delicate environment of the Islands. Highly recommend the whole package.

4.00We truly enjoyed our trip that was custom tailored by Angelica at Rebecca Adventure travels. We started off with a tour of Quito and then on to Cotopaxi . The tour guides were good and very passionate but they are free lancers and do not work for the operator. So on both occasions we didn’t know to look for and neither did they. That detail needs to be polished a bit . The boat that we took was the Archipell 1 The crew was friendly and accommodating but there were a few rough edges in the quality of the product they served . The wine and cocktails were subpar and at times the food lacked taste . But overall the crew did a good job . Our tour guide on the boat was very knowledgeable , with a background in Biology , of the wildlife of the Galapagos. Though at times the waves can become a bit choppy causing some nausea issues but the captain tries his best to find some calm waters in the bays to lessen the impact . The tour operator provides you a contact number through WhatsApp which is very convenient as logistic details arise you can get prompt answers. Overall it was a well organized trip and attention to detail was almost perfect . They were two occasions where we didn’t know what were getting into . I.e, the trip to Cotopaxi and Chilcabamba is a rocky road comprised of gravel and cobblestones for a good 40 minutes. This wasn’t articulated in the itinerary. Also the contact guides at the airport were not holding the signs with your name or the name of the boat . You had to look for them . But other than these minor issues but the customer service and the organization of the trip I would recommend this tour operator !
