Join this 4-day 3 Nights tour to Uyuni Salt Flats for a shared  trip with professional  Spanish guide.

Starting in Tupiza, the advantage of doing this tour general privacy and small groups than the classic tours of Uyuni. We can enjoy a unique and different adventure in a private and personalized service while visiting this surreal landscape of desert and colored lagoons of the National Park Eduardo Avaroa Reseve.

In winter, called dry season from May to October, when the surface hardens, geometric figures formed by the salt particles agglomerated into polygons appear. In summer, rainy season from November to March, the salt desert is transformed into a giant mirror that blends into the sky of the purest blue you've ever seen before.

    I’ve been travelling South America for six months now and this is the best tour I’ve been on so far. So many different views and experiences in these four days and three nights, it will take some beating for sure. Our driver and guide Luis Junco was perfect in every way. He took care of us throughout the adventure, made sure we were safe and was very knowledgable about every place we went to. I can’t recommend this enough.

    We did the four-day salt desert tour from Tupiza to Uyuni and can only recommend it😍 It’s cheaper to book the tour directly with the guide and not through an agency. We had with Rosario a very experienced and courteous guide. He always knew how to take us to the beautiful places, before someone else was there, so that we could enjoy nature all to ourselves.     We went on the 4-day tour from Tupiza with Alexandro tours. Alexandro tours offers an ‘alternative’ route where we came to all the regular sites, but all by ourselves - no other tourists. It was long hours in the car, but the drive was beautiful. We also had many stops, which were very cool and pretty. There is of course a deadline so you don’t have that much time at each spot. Our driver Julio and our cook Esmeralda took so good care of us. We felt wery safe w. Julio behind the wheel and as the acting guide. Even though we didn’t know Spanish that well, Julio tried to explain everything. We were also lucky to have 3 French/English/Spanish speakers in the car who helped out a lot. Esmeralda cooked very good meals and was very interactive with the group when the day was done. It was the best meals we had had so far in Bolivia. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone thinking of doing Uyuni - don’t just do the 1 or 2 days. Go all in - it’s worth it.
