• Amazing 5 day Kerala tour with Sanguine

  We went on a 5-day private tour in Kerala, which we booked with Sanguine through the Viator app. They arranged the trip wonderfully. Nimisha was amazing — always available to answer our questions and help whenever we needed. Sumesh was an excellent driver and a knowledgeable guide throughout the trip. The cost was very reasonable, and they arranged beautiful resorts. The houseboat experience was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kerala and created unforgettable memories there.

  We had the most wonderful tour organised by Nimisha. Sumesh, our guide and driver was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly the nicest person ever; what an asset to Sanguine Holidays. He tailored the activities to our needs and liking. We are leaving Kerala with the best memories.   Nimisha was amazing to work with to schedule our tour of Kerala. I had spoken to a few travel agencies, but Nimisha was the only one to really understand my priority, which was seeing Elephants. She customized the trip to provide the most opportunities for elephant sightings. The hotels she selected for us to choose from were amazing. We stayed at the Blanket Hotel and Spice Village, both properties that I would return to, and then on a houseboat.   We are a couple traveling from Switzerland. Sanguine travel agent took great care of us, and was very accessible and accommodating. Nimisha even worked late one night to make some adjustments when we decided we wanted to go to an additional location. Nimisha's choice of hotels and drivers was great. Sumesh was a very experienced and good driver, who found many interesting local sites for us to visit. Sanguine took all the planning off our shoulders and made it easy.   We where unsure and nervous of which company to use for booking our trip to Kerala. But from the first enquiry with Sanguine holidays we where put at easy with so much information and help regarding the trip coming straight back. No hesitation with booking and will definitely be recommending. Anil was our wonderful driver and tour guide. He was so polite, friendly, full of local information, very careful driver. We stopped at several amazing places on his recommendation for lunches, coffee and the most amazing pineapple juice. Would recommend upgrading house boat to have enclosed area to sit with A/c on. We were lucky enough to also have outdoor seating area as well. Don't try to do everything at first hotel we stayed at the Valle by Kondody amazing hotel and view but sadly didn't have enough time there as went straight out on jeep safari got to see the Elephants is a must to do. On the second night went to local dance and Martial arts show. Maybe would have been better to do this in Thekkady. Thank you for a great holiday.

  This was a great trip. Practically it is exceptionally well organised by the company with all the details covered so you know what to expect and have no concerns. Our driver/host Achu was fabulous. Avery considerate and safe driver, an interesting and chatty travel companion - nothing was too much trouble and he was very happy to adapt the trip to our requirements. The houseboat trip was the highlight for us. So peaceful and beautiful. We saw so much though, Cochi is fascinating, especially the old Jewish area, and the tea plantations around Munnar are breathtaking. It was dry when we went so no waterfalls, and the nature reserve at Munnar was closed for mating season, so maybe later in the year would be better. We would thoroughly recommend this trip.

  Great trip to see some of the highlights of Kerala. Munnar is beautiful and Thekkady very interesting with wildlife, although we only had one night there. The houseboat experience is so relaxing, we added another night on the boat. Nimisha from Sanguine holidays is a real gem - great communication and flexibility with timings and arrangements. Anil drove us around for six days and is a good calm driver, very knowledgeable and flexible on arrangements. I would highly recommend them and this tour!
