The tour takes you on a wandering walk beginning at the Western End of Union Street and ending with a dramatic and fun-filled showcase of the city's crown jewel - Marischal college. Once called "The Finest Street in the Empire", while walking Union Street you'll hear the cities most riveting stories and history. The total walking distance is approximately 2km and takes about an hour without stopping, but you can pause anytime! I’m a slow walker so was afraid of taking a walking tour that I would have to struggle to keep up with the group. I was able to do this tour at my own speed and really enjoy. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided historical background information on all the sites we were viewing.

Andrew Baxter provides a very engaging and informative tour. We have completed three of his tours to date. We were challenged by the App GPS location on a few occasions causing us to double back.

This was a great introduction to the city. Lots of history and background in what makes Aberdeen the city it is. App worked great and the tour guide was easy to understand. It starts on the SW end of union near St James Episcopal church. Fun walk and took about an hour.

Great way to get acquainted with Aberdeen. You could start & stop the audio tour if you wanted to stop for a bite to eat or shop. Highly recommend

I enjoyed this audio tour. It had cute little stories that you probably wouldnt find out other ways and was very easy to follow. There is some construction work going on at the moment which meant I needed to jump the tour myself as it didnt know my location, but that was the only glitch and not their fault :) Plan to do some more of their audio tours.
