On this tour, we combine her Majesty’s favourite holiday spot with a trip to Dunnottar Castle, one of the most historically important and visually arresting sights in Scotland.

Minimum age is 5 years
Luggage Allowance: You're restricted to 14kg (31lbs) of luggage per person on our tours. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag (approximately 55cm x 45cm x 25cm / 22in x 17in x 10in) plus a small bag for onboard personal items.
We welcome up to 16 passengers on board. However, in order to retain the integrity of the tour and try to ensure that all our customers have the best possible experience, we do cap bookings from any one party to 8 passengers.
Dunnottar Castle: We reserve tickets for you. If you want to visit this attraction, please purchase your ticket whilst on tour.
The total duration of the tour includes the travel to destination, duration in each attractions and comfort breaks along the way
Please note that Dunnottar Castle will be closed from 27th October to 16th November. We will still be able to stop for a photo opportunity of the castle, and additional time will be spent at other stops throughout the day.

5.00I went on two tours with Rabbies in two days. Dunnottar castle and Loch Ness. Both were fantastic. Darryl was our tour and was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure everyone was well looked after and knew where to be and how long we were staying and where we were going next etc. It is so convenient, runs smoothy and shows of spectacular scenery. Would highly recommend this firm for a nice, safe convenient and good value way to see the Highlands. Thanks!!

5.00The tour was well organized, and the pace was good. The highlight was our guide, Alan, who made a point of remembering everyone’s names and was generally very solicitous throughout the day. He did a good job of informing us of what to expect and informing and enlightening us about what we would see and do. The scenery was spectacular, especially around Braemar. Overall, a great experience!

4.00We appreciated our guide and his expertise, and really enjoyed Dunnottar Castle and other stops on the tour. The castle was the highlight, we were unable to see Balmoral and while the scenery in the Cairngorms was lovely, the last half of the day was not as spectacular as the castle itself. Still worth the trip.

4.00We enjoyed the excursion, the countryside is beautiful and the stops were all stunning, we even had an unscheduled bonus stop, adding another scenic view. Our guide, Darryl, was a great driver, friendly and approachable. More information in general would have made it five stars. There wasn't a lot said about the region/stops/national park/Scotland. Darryl had a great music playlist, but the audio wasn't always working properly despite us mentioning it, so it was often hard to hear the songs. There were a very vocal couple sat right behind Darryl and it felt like he spent too much time engaging with them rather than including the rest of the group, although he did well to navigate difficulties that came with that. This is all meant as constructive criticism as Darryl said he was new to the job. Overall, we definitely recommend the tour and there were far more positives than negatives.

5.00Our tour guide, Neil, was am actual gem, super prepared, lots of history, fun facts, pop culture facts, very knowledgeable overall, plus always made sure to accompany us everywhere and explain everything. There was never a dull moment with him. As for tue tour, it was my favourite so far. The castle was beautiful, but the Royal Deeside was the actual star of the show, beautiful nature and landscapes. Pictures do not do justice to it. It was like living inside a postcard.
Darryl was our guide today and he’s very informative and made the journey very enjoyable!

5.00It was a beautiful day. We happened upon a stone lifting competition and Darryl stopped. It was amazing side detour. Darryl was so fun and knowledgeable. Approachable with questions and allowed us to be in control of our tour. Would recommend it again and again. We had Darryl earlier in the week and my 12 year old niece was hoping it would be him again I was so glad it was.
