Once the booking is received you will receive an email confirmation from our team. If you have any concerns prior to pick up, you can call or email our team who will be happy to assist you 24/7. You will receive an automated SMS 30 minutes prior to your pickup with chauffeur and vehicle details along with a GPS link to track the vehicle. You will be met by a professional, courteous, and well-presented chauffeur who will assist you with your luggage and open your door. There will be a bottle of water ready for each passenger to enjoy whilst travelling in style and comfort to your destination. Upon drop off, your chauffeur will open your door and assist you with your luggage. You will receive a final SMS thanking you for travelling with us and an option to leave feedback for your journey.

5.00I arrived by plane in Adelaide on what was on the day reported as the hottest city in the world; it was just over 43°C. The chauffer from Hughes, Luca Gehbauer, picked me up and took me home; he was very helpful with the luggage. The car was neat and clean, the temperature was pleasant. We had a good conversation all the way home.

5.00The vehicle transfer was faultless, the chauffeur was well presented, friendly, opened and closed the door for me each time and assisted with my luggage.
