5.00Our guide had a tremendous knowledge of the history through the millennia and was able to weave a story based on the surnames of the people on the tour. His approach was philosophical rooted in history. I was blown away.

5.00There is much to learn and know about the Valley of the Temples, so we decided to splurge on a private tour. We also figured that sunset would be lovely as the temples light up. We were right on both counts. Our guide, Sergio, was informative and entertaining. He knows his subject and makes connections which paint the big picture of this ancient Greek history. Sergio stayed with us well past our scheduled time and made sure we got back to our car safely. Chances are you are like us: just here once this lifetime. Make the best of it and book a private tour (with Sergio!).

5.00Our guide was Sergio, he was incredible. The place is absolutely magical but it would not have been the same without the incredible knowledge that Sergio shared with us. He made it really fun, even took us to see some of the sheep living in the archeological site!

5.00This is a guided tour of the Temple of Juno (or Athena) and the surrounding grounds and temples. The guide gives a lively dissertation on the history of the many cities and their citizens who inhabited this location over time ("stacked one on the other"). The walk is over uneven terrain with a walk down hill mostly and a 4€ shuttle to the starting point. My wife walks with a cane and was able to complete the tour without straggling behind. I believe most visitors will have few, if any, issues traversing the landscape.
