Flight/Hotel Details Submission To prepare your trip, kindly send us your flight details (if arriving at the airport) or pick-up location (if from a hotel) via our WhatsApp customer service hotline. 3. Driver Assignment We will assign a friendly, professional, and English-speaking driver to your trip. You will receive the driver’s name and contact details closer to your travel date. 4. Meet & Greet From Airport: Your driver will be waiting at the arrival area holding a sign with your name. From Hotel: Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or main entrance. 5. Luggage Assistance & Comfort Check Our driver will assist you with your bags and ensure you're comfortable inside the air-conditioned vehicle. Child seats are available upon request. 6. Scenic Drive Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! The journey to Moalboal or Oslob takes about 3–4 hours, depending on traffic and weather. We can accommodate stopovers for restroom or snack breaks upon request. 7. Safe Drop-Off You’ll be dropped off at your exact destination (resort/hotel in Moalboal or Oslob). Our driver will help unload your luggage and ensure you're safely settled in. 8. Feedback & Support After your trip, feel free to share your experience with us!
