The cuisine away from the mainstream ... local and modern combined. With the perfect story behind the dish, with a wine, vermouth or liqueur... whatever goes with it! 5.00One of the most memorable experiences we had during our trip to Alicante. Silvina was amazing. She took the perfect amount of time at each stop to touch on the tastings we were enjoying and tell us how they are woven into the local culture. She made sure we experienced a wide variety of local foods and wine and gave us many recommendations for the rest of our time in the region. A great value for the money!
