2.00Customer service is not good. Terrible about answering their phone, returning phone calls, or responding to emails. A week before our tour, one person was not able to attend. They told us they would take care of it when we got there. Yet, they have yet to refund our money. We went in June and have followed up every couple of weeks, and it is now November with no refund and no response.

1.00Awful company. Tour was awful,standing for 3hours . One exhibit was closed, we never received refund. I asked 2 times for refund.

5.00Dan was our guide. He was fantastic. Someone brought a year old baby on the trip and she was adorable. She slept part of it. When she woke up, she would sing. So cute. Dan was very accommodating to the couple regarding the stroller. We kept wandering off and Dan would call us to let us know it was time to go to the next session of the trip.

5.00Darrell and Kiefer(sorry I don't know how to spell your name) were great. Very friendly and funny. Great information. The tour is a great way to learn your way around and see all the major spots. Recommend doing the extended tour the includes the trolley and cave of the winds.

5.00Hit all of the main spots in the Niagara Falls State Park including Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. Steve was an excellent tour guide with lots of great historical information. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Falls!

4.00Steve was our guide. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. After the Maid of the Mist my wife and I were the only ones continuing with other stops. He let us stop fir photo ops and took our picture on several occasions. I hope you get Steve as your guide!!!
