We aim for approximately 5 hours with the guide in Berlin. The total duration of this shore excursion is between 11-12 hours to ensure maximum flexibility.
This tour will include some walking. Please make sure to bring comfortable footwear, weather appropriate clothing, and an umbrella
You will be able to store your possessions on the bus
If you have walking difficulties you may rest on the bus if you prefer. You may also bring a foldable wheelchair, a walker or any other light and compact walking aid – however, please inform the supplier in advance

Warnemunde Cruise Port
You will be greeted in front of your cruise ship as soon as it docks and escorted to a modern, comfortable, air-conditioned bus. Your professional driver will then transfer you through the picturesque flatlands of former East Germany to Berlin. The journey takes approximately three hours.

Upon arrival in Berlin, you will meet your professional English-speaking tour guide. You'll first have a chance to stretch your legs as your knowledgeable local guide provides an introduction to the city.

5.00We had a great time in Berlin! Although it was a pretty cold day, the bus was comfortable, and our guide was fun and knowledgeable. She provided an extensive and detailed overview of Berlin's complex history during the long drive, ensuring every key site like the Wall and Brandenburg Gate was covered, while keeping a good sense of humor. This tour is the most efficient and informative way to see Berlin in a singe-day trip from the cruise ship, and I would definitely recommend it!

5.00Our guide Philippa and driver Markus made this a fantastic excursion. So knowledgeable. Being a British speaking guide was so helpful. Her history education made all the difference in the world. Markus sharing his story for escaping East Germany really put this area in perspective. The 2 of them made sich a wonderful team. We definitely will recommend them to all of our traveling friends.

4.00Jonathan was our tour guide and was wonderful, he did a great job with managing approx 30 of us through the streets of Berlin. He was very informative and had extensive knowledge on the history of Berlin. The city was extremely crowded and noisy with tourists and traffic so at times it was difficult to hear Jonathan. Dont know if this is an option, but suggest starting the tour where it ended and finish where we started as it might be less crowded along the way. Either way, we highly recommend this tour.

5.00We enjoyed this tour of Berlin. There is so much history in the city and Jonathan did a great job explaining so much to us. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. While we covered a lot, there is obviously value in travelling again to Berlin to see things more in-depth. In particular, at the end of the tour our time was a bit rushed at the Berlin wall as they were very focused on making sure we made it back to our ship on time. Would have liked to have spent more time there, but do appreciate their attention to making sure we didn't miss our cruise ship. Overall highly recommend this tour to get an overview of Berlin in the time allowed.

5.00This was probably my favorite tour of the trip. We were a bit apprehensive about the long ride from Warnemünde, but it was WELL worth it. We got to see so many things. Guide Anne was a treasure, so full of information and so funny! The bus was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend this your tour others.
