4.00This was advertised as an express 3.5 hour excursion, which ran almost 5 hours. I did receive notification of the possibility of the tour running long (due to a large number of visitors at the falls) after purchasing tickets. Our guide, Legendary Lenny, was awesome, giving a lot of energy to get his tourists on the bus to match his enthusiasm. The boat ride and the cave of the winds were both exhilarating experiences. I took a star off, because there was a lot of downtime waiting for the next thing to happen, and this tour could have been comfortably done in under 3 hours.

5.00Very well planned. Our tour guide Susan was very knowledgeable and kept the tour on track. If going to see Niagra falls, I highly recommend booking a tour through Viator, there are many things to see and do while there and they make it easy to see everything in a few hours. Plus the cimmunicatstarted with them as soon as I booked.
