It was a great experience. Kit our guide was lovely and took time to take pictures as I was travelling solo. Mini van was comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I was moved from one mini van to another after I have made friends. I was initially told it was due to a mistake. Later I found out it was because 2 friends were booked into 2 separate mini vans as they booked separately. Miffed that they weren’t in the same van I was moved to accommodate them. In the new mini van I was the only English person there so felt a bit isolated. Not sure why the two separate booking people were given priority over me. I guess being the solo person it was easy to move me. But I would liked to have been asked if I minded moving.

Very friendly guide who kept the day running smoothly but plenty of time to see everything. The market at Amphawa is wonderful and seeing the train pass by is a cool and unique experience. Definitely worth a day trip!

The trip guide and driver were knowledgeable and helpful. Got a lot of information and was given enough time to explore all the locations. Nowhere during the day trip did it feel that we missed out on anything. Great tour and thumbs up!!

Has such a unique experience, definitely recommend. At first we weren’t sure about going because it’s so far away and we didn’t know how we’d get back to central Bangkok but finding this tour was just what we needed to have such a great experience. the tour guide was very informative and gave us key tips that would you’d never know as a tourist such as the time of the train and dos and donts for the markets. It’s also nice that it’s just a small group of 9! We booked at 4 am and the tour started at 11:30am managed to nab the last 2 spots!
You have to see it to believe it.

The Maeklong Railway was number one on my bucketlist for a long time. Had to see it to believe it. It was great seeing it happen live.
