Amsterdam Canal Ring
Amsterdam, capital of the Netherlands, has more than one hundred kilometers of grachten (canals), about 90 islands and 1,500 bridges. The three main canals (Herengracht, Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht), dug in the 17th century during the Dutch Golden Age, form concentric belts around the city, known as the Grachtengordel. Alongside the main canals are 1550 monumental buildings.[1] The 17th-century canal ring area, including the Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Jordaan, were listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010,[2] contributing to Amsterdam's fame as the "Venice of the North"

5.00Oliver was an incredible guide on our Amsterdam river boat tour. From the moment we stepped aboard, his energy set the tone for a relaxed, fun experience. He shared tons of fascinating facts about the canals, history, and quirky local stories, and delivered them with perfect timing and humor. Every explanation felt engaging, never scripted. He kept everyone laughing while still making sure we learned something new. The ride flew by thanks to his personality and storytelling skills. Oliver was approachable, charming, and yes, very cute. I’d absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Amsterdam for a memorable city perspective.

5.00This was a fabulous boat tour of Amsterdam! The boat was enclosed for the winter and decorated so cute for the holidays. It was warm with good food/drink and great views, we went right at sunset so great for seeing Amsterdam during the day and night. Our boat captain for the day (Gisela I believe?) was awesome and knowledgeable and made a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I could not recommend more!

5.00Great trip. Oliver was very good, kept us informed and entertained during the trip. Refreshments were very nice and the boat itself super festive Christmassy… would recommend 100%.
