5.00We had a very enjoyable evening out with Gerrard our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the food we were trying and we had plenty to eat for our evening meal. I loved the apple pie at the end. One disappointment was no herring or other fish as the shops were closed. I wish that had been described in the details as I would have booked an earlier tour. We enjoyed learning about the area and the purpose of the courtyards as well as the influence of Indonesian food. We were a group of 13 to accommodate a child (10yod?) which did make it a bit snug in a few places. The time spent, distance traveled and amount of food was just right. I would recommend this tour and Gerrard.

5.00Paul, our tour guide, was charming, informative and humorous. We learned a lot about Amsterdam and tried some herring, which I thought I would hate, but enjoyed. We also tried Jenever a traditional juniper based gin which was delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

5.00We had such a great time with Stephanie and the other guests. It was a small group, so it felt very informal and personal. We got to see parts of Amsterdam and taste foods we wouldn’t have tried otherwise and we’re so happy we did! Thankful for an amazing opportunity :)

5.00Everyone was on time. The weather was chilly, so the guide led us to the first place and then talked when we got inside. I love that our guide was from Amsterdam and knew the area so well! As I expected, there was a good amount of food and drink on the tour, and I did get to try things I'd never eaten. The tour gave me an appreciation of Amsterdam and its culture. I definitely recommend this tour and it's very affordable for how much you get! Arrive hungry!!
