Pick up from your hotel or cruise ship and enjoy a scenic drive to the Arikok National Park. Once at the Arikok National Park visitors center you will meet the park ranger who will take you on an adventurous hike through the largest nature reserve in Aruba. The Visitors’ Center has a modern sustainable design and houses an exhibit of Aruba’s endemic animals such as the Aruban whiptail lizard (cododo), Aruban cat eye snake (santanero) and endangered rattle snake (cascabel). Park rangers will escort you on this hike that will showcase fascinating flora and fauna and interesting historical sites. The Arikok National Park is home to priceless gems that we know are rare because they are indigenous to our island. The Aruban burrowing owl (Shoco), Aruban rattlesnake, Aruban whiptail lizard, and Aruban parakeet (Prikishi) can be found in the Aruba National Park where they live together with the native flora and fauna supported by the protected unusual land formations made from lava, quartz diorite and limestone.

Good tour. Pick up was good, they picked us up at our airbnb. Guide was also good we got a lot of information.saw some cool spots The only thing is the hike needs to be earlyer in the morning, this was to late from 9.30 am and becouse of that hot. You don't see much animals when it is this time of day. You got a lot of water but bring more you will need it at this time of day. It would be beter to start this tour at 7 am. So the temprature is better.

Great experience! Beware: very dusty and rocky - must wear pants and good sneakers, also beware you may get poked by cactus if you walk into them so be mindful. The guide, Josh, was amazing and very knowledgeable! Learned about the history and nature of Arikok from the top of a mountain!

Better views on jeep tour but good education about plants and birds. Easy 2 mile hike with lots of stops/rests. Trail well marked, Could do without a guide.

Great hiking experience. It’s very easy hike. Anyone with a little physical fitness can go this. Ranger was very knowledgeable and I learned a great deal about wildlife and fauna in the area.

Easy and fun hike. Learned quite a lot about fauna and various species of animals inhabiting the park! Anyone with a small amount of physical fitness can do this hike.

Fun, relaxing, a few hours, not too long not too short. Two of us and one driver and one guide. Knowledgeable, witty banter by driver and guide.

Fun tour. Would recommend. Not extremely difficult, tour guide was knowledgeable and being picked up and dropped off at hotel was great.

Josh was an amazing guide! The views in the park were beautiful and it wasn’t busy at all when we went. It was not a very difficult hike at all and is very doable for people just wanting to get a good outdoor experience in Aruba. Wear good walking shoes.
