5.00I had two 90-minute Swedish massages here on consecutive occasions, each with a different therapist, and both were quite simply among the very best massages I have had anywhere in the world. Before the session you fill in the form, giving you an opportunity to make clear what areas you want the therapist to work on, what areas they must avoid, and what level of pressure you want. There are a number of different massage techniques you can choose from. The first massage was with Rado; I was suffering from shoulder and lower back pain. I explained my problem areas and what needed to be avoided. The therapists understanding of pressure, anatomy, and therapeutic technique was excellent. The massage was deeply effective without causing discomfort, and my back felt noticeably freer and less painful afterwards. Truly exceptional skill. It was so good I decided to return after a long day walking. My second massage was with Yohe, following a very long day walking around the temples near Siem Reap. I had been up since 4am, had walked for hours, fallen over, badly bashed my toe, and cut my arm (which was bandaged). Again, I clearly explained what areas were sensitive and needed to be avoided. Yohe was incredibly careful, gentle where needed, and perfectly therapeutic on my sore, overworked legs. The therapists on both occasions adapted the session to my physical state showing real professionalism and care.

5.00Just 3 days in Cambodia but I heard the spas here are amazing. My friend recommended the Sokkhak Spa by the river. I was just off 2 long flights from Tokyo, my ankles were swollen and my muscles ached. I was so in need of a massage. Firstly, the decor is amazing! Buddha statues and relics abound. Serene ambience and soft relaxing music. The staff was attentive and helpful. Marge the manager was there to help us choose the best treatment we needed. I had a 90 minute reflexology on day 1 and it was amazing and much needed. It helped the swelling subside in my ankles. It was so good that we came back the next day and had the Aromatherapy and compression treatment. Chan na was amazing! Strong, steady hands. Another great experience.… I think I’ll come back again tomorrow!
