1.00Our driver was a no show and there was no communication from the company. I waited for 25 minutes before calling a taxi to avoid missing our flight.

1.00The Driver was not at our hotel at the set time of 1:30 on our agreement 2:30 I got a call wondering where I was I waited till 1:45 then took a cab and when the Driver called I was already at the airport and through check in I expect a full credit on my card plust the return of the Viatar dollars I used ASAP I have you used your company all over the Caribbean and am very disappointed with this event
