  The list of places you will visit are not correct. We had a list of 8 places and were told that we had free entry into the 3 forts on the list. When we got to the first fort we were told that we have to pay to go inside. When i questioned the guide i was told that they would pay the entry fee if we wanted to go inside but by that time it was time to move to the next place, I thought they should have told us that to begin with. Also when i asked about the other 3 forts on the list i was told one was shut down ( which i understand they do not have control over) but the other one we were not stopping at just passing by. Why would they list free admission on each one if we were not stopping and going in. Also the items we were supposed to get listed soda and water included but when i asked where to get water i was told to go into a store and buy it. Also all the reviews i read talked about how much information they were told about the island- we only got that at one stop. The rest we were just dropped off and left on our own to explore.

  Very fun experience and not like riding on dirt atvs. My family and I had great time and enjoyed all the samples that came with it. We were on a cruise so they picked us up and dropped us off with plenty of time to spare. Definitely recommend and would do again.

• Disappointing and Poorly Organized Tour

  Unfortunately, this excursion did not live up to expectations. The day started off on the wrong foot when our pickup was 45 minutes late. What makes this even more frustrating is that the drive to the destination took less than 10 minutes each way, making it hard to believe that traffic was truly the cause. Honestly, we could have walked there in less time than we spent waiting. The issues didn’t stop there. During the tour, several advertised locations were either skipped entirely or cut very short, which left us feeling like we missed out on key parts of the experience. Even at the stops we did visit, the tour guide provided little to no meaningful information, so there was no real context or storytelling to enhance the visit. To add to the disappointment, the entrance fee for the one fort we did visit was not included, which came as an unwelcome surprise. On top of that, no water or drinks were provided, despite this being clearly advertised as part of the tour. While it was nice to get out and see a few places, the overall experience felt rushed, poorly managed, and not as described. For the price paid, I expected much better organization, communication, and value. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this tour in its current form.

  The tour was great! The meeting point near the port was easy to find. The staff was fantastic and helpful. They did a great job keeping the group together, and we went to some fun and interesting stops. Would definitely recommend!

  Great tour and experience! My family and I really enjoyed it. It rained but we still enjoyed ourselves and felt safe the entire time. They picked us up from our cruise port and dropped us back off when it was over. If you're thinking about booking don't hesitate...go for it! It was well worth the money!

  Tour was amazing!!! And the tour guide were super efficient with keep everyone safe riding through the city of Nassau. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting the city!

• Extremely unreliable - Evening ruiners (Book at your own risk)

  They cancelled 30min before departure time. There is no notification of the cancellation. After I booked the trip even called Viking Rentals the morning of the activity. They confirmed they will pick us up from the hotel at 4pm and when it’s 4pm no one shows up, when you call them goes to Voice Mail. Then when i call trip advisor i learn the operator cancelled the activity!!! We make clear plans on our vacations and book these activities it clear they have no regard to the guests or their plans to even call us of a cancellation. STAY AWAY from this operator if you value your time and experiences. They clearly don’t
