The tour was great, we only got to see 1 whale but lots and lots of dolphins. The staff can’t predict what the wildlife does and they did their best to try and find more sea animals for us. Staff on the tour were great and very helpful

Loved seeing the birds and especially the dolphins! We booked this last minute when another tour canceled on us, and this ended up being even better. The boat was comfortable and we enjoyed the added bonus of a hike on Rotoroa Island!

We ended up with a beautiful day on the water. We got to see a great deal of wildlife including several pods of dolphins and a couple of different whales. We were fortunate that the whales cooperated and made an appearance, but regardless it was a great day. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Happily answering any questions we had. We also enjoyed that the vessel is a research vessel that continuously collects data on marine populations while on the water. Being able to contribute to marine conservation while on the water was a plus.
