1.00Worst company, canceled my trip blaming on weather, asked for refund. Refused to issue refund. Viator also refused to get my refund because they get their commission.

1.00We were really looking forward to our evening boat trip with this tour operator, to be informed on the evening we were supposed to go that the trip had to be cancelled due to the Formulas 1 event, and were promised a full refund, well guess what, over 2 weeks later after out booking, and we still have not had a refund! Do not trust this company with your money or travel plans as they will seriously let you down

1.00We paid for pick up and drop off with a guide. We had to provide our own transportation to and from the cruise. The time he provided for the cruise to begin was a half hour before it actually started. He did not show up until 10 minutes before the cruise was to leave. There were others that failed to make it to the cruise because of the transportation issue. The guide provided no services on the cruise and we sat with the non tour people on the cruise. the cruise itself was well worth it and it cost at the ticket office was $6 USD
Trip Cancelled - twice!! Yesterday because of the weather (not Company's fault). Today because taxi late & boat missed!

1.00Actually the activity never happened, this fake tour operator never showed up for pick up, after 45 minutes waiting and several tries to contact this fake company the never responded!!! I am still trying to get the refund
