We spend here about 20 minutes in front of the Cultural center to observe the night view of this beautiful place and take picture in front of "I Love Baku". As this is a night tour, Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre is closed at that time and we will have only outside activity here with explanation.

We had an awesome Baku night panoramic tour with equally awesome tour guide Aga. He is very knowledgeable and told a lot of good things about Baku. Baku looks very beautiful from top in the lights under the night sky.

Our tour guide aga was very polite and friendly. Came on time to pick us. Very passionate about his work. Great photographer 😄. Know all the good places for photos and suggested many good places to visit also.
