4.00It was a good experience overall. Pools were great and creatively set up. $65 admission was high and $7 for locker on top. Guy at the reception behaved poorly, also he was charging $7 for locker using his phone which didn't work. There was no usual credit card machine, which was very odd, almost like he wanted to pocket some of the money.

5.00This thermal springs park is a great experience with lots of pools with different water temperatures. The grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We spent almost the whole day there. Arenal volcano is close by.

4.00I enjoyed the different pool temperature. The fact that the day pass allows you to go in and out of the property makes it more appealing. If you love water, pools and relaxation, I highly recommend it.

5.00Amazing hot springs place, clean and has everything for relaxing. I got a wonderful massage. Just don’t forget to bring at least 10$ for a towel because they accept only cash for this service

5.00Great place!! Such a relaxing enjoyable time had by all! Easy to navigate the different pools, friendly staff, we had dinner at one of the restaurants after and it was lovely. We will definitely be back!

4.00Children absolutely must wear bathing shoes. Ours have neatly scratched their feet. Unfortunately, in the end, you can only shower ice cold. Hence the star subtracted. Eating 1x is perfectly sufficient. Food is super delicious but lunch and dinner were exactly the same Otherwise everything was great. Great pool, everything well maintained. Wonderful day! 2 slides are from 110 cm And 2 slides are from 130 cm. Only the children's area is for smaller

1.00Terrible experience with you. I would not recommend Jamaz to someone else. Upon arrival at the place of reservation you had not made payment to the premises. They tried to reach you. I made the reservation. With you 48 hours before arrival at the reservation. They explained to me that you are already this informal. He couldn't go into business after an investment of more than $1000 between plane, car rental and so on. I had to pay cash again, since you never informed me of my reservation. Thank you to JP chase bank who asked me for the reservation details to enter into litigation with the claim with you.
