There are not enough words to describe the beauty of Balos beach… on our yachts you will enjoy the crystal-clear waters of this western, amazing point of Chania so close to the beach but yet, so far from the crowds. Spend your day under the Cretan sun swimming and relaxing in the privacy only a yacht can offer, walk around the white beach without the stress of losing your sunbed as this is secured on the boat!!! Whether sunbathing during the day or “star-bathing” during the night, we guarantee you an exclusive sailing experience.
During the two stops, anchoring at a small distance from the land, you will have the opportunity to taste delicious Cretan snacks, homemade lunch with Greek salads and fruit salads and an open bar of wine, beverages and soft drinks while you swim and relax under the Greek sun.
If pick up included option choosen, then pick ups are from Chania and points on the way to Kissamos. No pick ups from other regions of Crete or Villages further from Chania

Gramvousa
As soon as you embark, we will start our trip to the beautiful Balos beach for our first stop, anchoring, for swimming and relaxation. You will have enough time to swim and explore the seabed if you wish as we will provide you the necessary snorkeling equipment. Then we will sail across, to Gramvousa island, for the next stop. In this second stop you will have the opportunity to visit the old pirate fortress on the top of the hill.

5.00The family that guides this trip to Balos is very welcoming and kind, thinking of every need travelers may have. The boat is beautiful, providing shade, comfort, and privacy. From welcoming us with coffee or a drink, to a delicious lunch, the crew provided above and beyond service to us. We absolutely appreciated the thoughtfulness and, of course, the destinations were incredible to visit. One tip: plan to leave earlier to get to the dock before departure than you may expect, as traffic can delay you by 15-20 minutes. You can drive right up to the catamaran at the end of the dock, if you let the parking attendants know. Don’t miss this trip with a lovely family and plenty of adventure and luxury.

5.00Very fun experience, water was beautiful and the crew were very friendly. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We expected something simple like a sandwich for lunch but they made us an incredible assortment of food. We were pleasantly surprised by this, it was actually some of the best food that we had in Crete.

5.00This was a wonderful excursion. The crew was top notch. We had questions before departure that were immediately answered in detail. The captain and two crew members were so friendly and were there to make this the best day for us which it was. There were ancis on board when we arrived, lunch was a home cooked meal that was delicious and fruit snacks as the tail end of the trip with a nice afternoon cocktail. The destinations were beautiful. I used the snorkeling gear and paddle board. I seriously have no complaints and my family and I laughed, lounged and enjoyed every minute of excursion. Top notch! Thank you"Sailing Cruises Chania" for making this a memorable day!

5.00We had an amazing boat day! The crew was wonderful. They went out of their way to give us great food and fun with their boat toys. They were great with my kids. We fist went to Gramvousa to avoid the crowds and then on to Balos, which was amazing. The boat had options for swimming, taking you to the beach in a dingy, or playing around the boat with floats and paddles. It was a lovely day and so much better than taking the giant boat with all the crowds.
