    Dennis was late to pick us up for no real reason. We were supposed to meet at the spot Dennis designated at 12:00. He didn’t get there until about 12:20. We could’ve explored the park longer had we known he’d be running late. With that said… the parks were beautiful.

    Our tour was delayed 2 hours because the catalytic convertor was stolen from the shuttle. The tour company offered us a couple of options and we opted to cancel with a full refund. Communication from the tour representative was great!

    Try to investigate the points of interest BEFORE you go! Our guide told us about what we should do AFTER each stop, so we missed the recommended experiences! Very annoying and sad.

    It was great just one suggestion please write sunshine coach and has Banff explorer at the windshield area to recognize the bus properly great driver and everything else was smooth including Air conditioning in hot weather

    After driving for about 20 minutes, we had to return to pick up a few more people who didn’t make it on time. This cost us around 45 minutes and left us with only one hour at each lake. The advertised listing says this is a 5.5-hour tour, which should ideally allow 1.5+ hours at each lake. For the price we paid, I do not recommend their service, as the logistics were poorly handled.
