Kael was an awesome tour guide. Super knowledgeable and a great group leader. Definitely made the experience worth it more! The tour was great, we got a clear night with a super moon present! Saw lots of stars and had many great viewpoints for photos.

We had a wonderful time with Kaleb. We got lots of stories about the skies and he was more than willing to field any questions that came up. The path is paved but a bit uneven in places, so if you're clumsy/mobility impaired, I'd recommend bringing hiking poles, canes, etc. It was well worth it!

I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! Unfortunately the sky clouded over so the stargazing was limited, but it was still a great walk on a lovely evening with interesting information and cool people! I only docked a star because the experience didn’t start off on the right foot. I arrived at about 5 minutes to the hour instead of the requested 10 min (my bad, I own that) and was greeted with Jacob yelling at me that I’m late and I could turn around and leave if I wasn’t interested… I almost did. But I’m really glad I didn’t. It only improved from there and I’m glad I shook it off and stuck it out. Kale (sp?) did a fantastic job for his first tour leading solo and it was great having a guide who was born and raised in the area. Definitely recommend, but don’t arrive late!!

This was such a fun outing! Our guide Kael was awesome--so knowledgeable and funny! My friends and I had the best time on this walk, and the stars were absolutely beautiful. Would 100% do this again!

What an incredible experience! The nighttime walking tour was absolutely magical — the stars were breathtaking, and the guides made the whole night even better. They were so funny, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing stories and facts that brought the sky to life. It felt like walking with friends who just happened to know everything about the universe. A truly special and memorable evening! Would highly recommend! ✨

Jacob was our tour guide and let me tell you. This is the tour to take. It went for the length of time quoted and we covered about 3 and a half miles. Really easy trail though I could see if the conditions were bad you may want to bundle a bit. Essentially give yourself the reasonable once over “would I do well in x temperature and condition” and you should be fine. We got to see some amazing stars and even some shooting stars! Great tour and well worth the effort.

My boyfriend and I were in Banff for just 48 hours so we wanted to make sure we booked tours that were worth while, this being one of them. At the start of our tour, our guide Ewan, informed everyone that the moon would be bright, which may impact the visibility of the stars and if anyone wanted, they would receive a refund. We decided to still continue the tour and so happy we did! Ewan was incredible! He was knowledgeable and you can tell he truly has a passion for what he does. He not only taught us about the different stars and galaxies, but he also helped with photographic settings on our phones to ensure we captured the best shot. He shared plenty of stories and also provided some historical context in regards to the National Park. We had a great time! Just make sure to dress warmly and use the bathroom before you go as the only bathroom on site closes early.
