  This tour company needs much better signage. We were told to get tickets at warehouse #7. We arrived and found 6 or 7 ticket counters from different cruise ships , departing at various times. Most of them show “Chao Phraya River Cruise” on the sign. We went up and down trying to find our cruise operator - this went on for a good half hour (we were not the only one looking). Finally a managerial person helped us calling the local operator. It was at the first counter that we stopped by several times when they told us our names were not on reservation!! Never again do I want to deal with this terrible company again. Also the seating is below deck so not much to see out the dirty windows; live entertainment was a joke. A woman singing with the microphone turned way up in the enclosed space was more a torture than entertaining in my opinion. I couldn’t get off the ship fast enough.

  Buffet style dinner. Fun band. Great views at sunset. Free beer too. Nice outdoor atmosphere. River is pretty at night

  I confess I was afraid to go at night, so I booked the afternoon but the view from the cruise at night is splendid! It is short time but you have fun with the people on the boat, the food is good and the drinks that are included as well, the view is beautiful you can see everything from Chao Praya! A tour you should definitely go if you are in Bangkok, no doubt!

  Food very good and the views fantastic but the whole cabaret thing was too much. Not a great thing to do as a solo traveller. Also not impressed that a member of staff gave the singer money, hoping it would prompt others to give. However, as it was a sunset cruise I spent most of my time on deck and this was fabulous. So many great new and old buildings.

  Organized, the staff were able to cater to all guests on board, despite running in full capacity. I love the river shrimps. The entertainment gave life to the crowd, the singer was able to connect with the guests

  The seats are assigned and you don’t know if you get a seat with good views or bad. We had our seats on lower deck with no view, so it was basically a buffet cruise.

  This was a beautiful way to see the city from a unique perspective, as always the Thai sunsets are out of this world. The view, entertainment and food all made this experience a perfect way to close our Bangkok trip.
