1.0We found not locate thr tour operator for one hour. The contact phone number did not work. We contacted Viator and they could not contact them as well We received no tour and no refund. After 7 years of using viator this is the first time a tour operator was unreachable, gave us no info on who our guide was to be and a vague meeting place. Evidently viator paid the operator without them providing the service.

5.0The most memorable parts of our tour with Jonas was walking through the streets of old town. Jonas was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was enthusiastic and very enjoyable to be around.
