There was a slight mix up with our booking, but Mo went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We had a fantastic cruise with Mo, who was funny and knowledgeable and told us lots about Haarlem whilst we enjoyed ourselves on the lovely boat. I couldn’t recommend more highly, and when we return we will now stay in Haarlem and come again. Thanks Mo, you’re a star!
