5.00We had a very nice time. Our guide, Eddie was very hospitable and the wineries were lovely. The highlight was a lovely lunch at a small local restaurant.

5.00Just book it! Eddie was fantastic and took the time to answer our questions, explain about the area, the terroir and the French classification systems. We visited two wineries that were both excellent and very different which was good to have the contrast. Both Millie and Sylvie who greeted us and gave the tour at each respective winery were lovely and definitely knew the ins and outs of the wineries. The area is so beautiful and much hillier than I thought. The vines are planted on steep hillsides which was a surprise too and requires hand picking as a result. We had a delicious lunch (not included) at the second winery with a beautiful view over Fleurie. Eddie was very knowledgeable and fun. He kept it interesting and was very funny yet professional. I highly recommend this tour of Cru Beaujolais!

5.00Great trip out with Eddy. Great wine. Knowledgeable hosts. A lovely part of the world to see. But the highlight was lunch - fantastic food in a beautiful setting!
