  My experience with the Active Bikes in Cape Town was really good. The bikes were easy to use, the routes were enjoyable, and it was a fun way to explore the city.

  These guys were really unprofessional. they tried charging us additional money because we arrived slightly late, I told the guy I understood the charge for the permit, but to charge an additional session, after paying $50 USD ($850 Rand) was wild to me. Oh well, I won't be using this company again in the future. The guys were unprofessional.

  We booked a week before, received an email that we’ll have to pay the entrance permit of R200 there but when we got there it was changed to R250 like how? But overall it was a nice experience

  I was late for 15 minutes, my ride was 12:00, I got one for 2pm, which of course I had to pay for it, but we left at 2:30, spent most time taking pictures, our ride was +-10 minutes. It was the worst experience ever.

  I went quad biking with 2 friends. The quad biking itself was fun, despite leaving half an hour later than planned because we had to wait until the previous group came back. Then we started driving and someone's quad bike failed but there was no one in sight from the lead to help so we couldn't find the group anymore. Then we drove to a place to take pictures and here we stood for a long time. Then drove a bit but very quickly we went back to the starting point. I think we drove a total of half an hour and this was a shame... It was mainly about the pictures but my friends and I were just going to ride for the quad bike. Also we had put our stuff in a car but when we came back this car was gone, not very nice when all our valuables are in here...

  I had an amazing quad biking experience! The service was excellent, and the assistant was very patient and helpful throughout, making me feel comfortable and confident. It was such a fun and memorable adventure, and I would definitely do it again. Highly recommended!
