  This is a scam. They are reselling regular tickets at fast track prices with no tour guide or transportation being offered. They tour guide just sent me a QR screenshot of a regular ticket. For this price you can just buy a fast track ticket at the facility. They are false advertising so beware!!

  We opted for the half-day ticket, and it was the perfect duration for a family outing. The engineering of the revolving floor is fascinating, ensuring everyone gets a fair share of the Atlantic coastline views during the climb. Walking the easy pathways at the top was a highlight; even with kids, the terrain felt manageable. Pre-purchasing tickets is essential to avoid the long queues at the lower station. It’s an iconic Cape Town experience that combines natural beauty with top-tier efficiency. Truly unforgettable!

  We bought 2 fast track cable car tickets for Tafelberg cablecars through Viator. We received our tickets at 1am the morning of our booking at 10am. When requesting more information we were told "you should have already been there". This was 7:58!am. We went to the cablecars through the fast track gate only to be told the tickets bought at R1000 each (which is the price for a fast track ticket) was not fast track tickets so we need to go either wait in the 3hour queue or upgrade the tickets to fast track at the offices on site. We got to the office only to be told they cannot upgrade the one ticket since it was scanned. We upgraded the one ticket at a cost of R650 extra to the R1000paid for it and had to buy another new ticket at the R1000 fast track price. In essence, a R2000 experience ended up costing us R4750. Do NOT BOOK through this platform. Communication is poor!

  This is not a legitimate business . When we called for assistance, someone answered the phone who sounded like they were asleep. Secondly the link to your tickets is not the actual thing and we almost got stuck at the top of mountain. The manager informed us that we were not the first visitors that this happened to. Go directly to table mountain via Google and book your tickets there.

  We couldn’t get up there because of crazy amount of people in line. We arrived at 10am. We tried to get fast track tickets but the staff was kind to tell us that it wouldn’t make a difference

  Straight to the point, plenty of advise regarfing activities, was advised to move my table mountain booking from5pm due to windy conditions to 7.30am the following day. That was best advise. Weather was perfect

  My experience was very bad ,tickets were not issued on time, I don't see any value for pre-booking, its just a waste of time. The communication was very poor

  Visiting Table Mountain Cable Car – Half Day with friends turned out to be one of the highlights of our Cape Town trip Everything felt well thought out from clear instructions to the overall flow of the experience The cable car ride itself was impressive gradually revealing breathtaking scenery At the top we had enough freedom to explore talk and take photos at our own pace It felt calm enjoyable and genuinely worth the time.

  It was not worthy it , the 450 ticket from the official table mountain website it's enough to give one the experience they need especially if you are traveling on a tight budget . Unlike paying 1000 for the same experience .
