  That its better to buy the tickets direct with cable car .I booked for my husband and daughter we payed doulb6the amount if we booked direct with cable car wich I find very expensive even if they explained why the double price.When I get to the cable car on my profile they send me 7 ticket instead of 3 and 5 of those tickets where used I had to stand in the w8and call them so they se d me a third ticket for my daughter the embarrassment of having to sit and wait and be told your tickets are use already after being charged an arm and a leg.Not impressed at all.I couldn't even pay for fast track cause I used a third-party.

  The Table Mountain cableway offered us a surreal romantic escape. Gliding upward provided a breathtaking perspective of the Atlantic horizon. Standing at the summit as a couple felt incredibly serene. Having tickets ready saved us from the long queues. It is an essential Cape Town highlight that feels like walking among the clouds.

  I booked through Viator and was sent tickets by a lady from Nyasha Travel and Tours. The service was so pathetic because when I got to the ticket office, I was told the tickets were already used. They also charge almost double the amount Table Mountain charges and it’s not even a Track ticket. I wouldn’t recommend using Viator.

  We thought we had a specific time slot to board the tram. Not so we waited in line over two hours to go up and about the same to come down. We learned that there was a Fast Pass option but it was expensive.

  This is a scam. They are reselling regular tickets at fast track prices with no tour guide or transportation being offered. They tour guide just sent me a QR screenshot of a regular ticket. For this price you can just buy a fast track ticket at the facility. They are false advertising so beware!!

  We bought 2 fast track cable car tickets for Tafelberg cablecars through Viator. We received our tickets at 1am the morning of our booking at 10am. When requesting more information we were told "you should have already been there". This was 7:58!am. We went to the cablecars through the fast track gate only to be told the tickets bought at R1000 each (which is the price for a fast track ticket) was not fast track tickets so we need to go either wait in the 3hour queue or upgrade the tickets to fast track at the offices on site. We got to the office only to be told they cannot upgrade the one ticket since it was scanned. We upgraded the one ticket at a cost of R650 extra to the R1000paid for it and had to buy another new ticket at the R1000 fast track price. In essence, a R2000 experience ended up costing us R4750. Do NOT BOOK through this platform. Communication is poor!
