José has not only convinced me that Bilbao is an interesting, friendly and very vibrant city but explained its history and Basque roots. It was a very pleasant and intense experience and has given me a very detailed impression of this city. Thank you very much I will be back by the way.

5.00It was a very informative walking tour with the detailed coverage of the history of Bilbao and Basque Country . Our tour guide Joserra was knowledgeable , friendly, accommodating. The only negative was the cold and rainy weather☔️. If you travel there in November, warm jacket and umbrella are highly recommended.

He recommended so many local spots for local food and pintxos, that we will go back to. Learnt things we wouldn’t have otherwise seen or known. Eskerrik asko, Miguel!

He was very informative and tailored the tour to our interests as well as giving us advice on places to visit as well as restaurants and pintxos to try

5.00Small group tour—four unrelated people from Germany and the US—was great. This company limits the size to six people, and you could see how different it was with the other much larger tours leaving at the same time. Our guide had time to answer every question, ranging from how to pronounce words to how to get the best pinxtos—and where! She did not seem in a hurry and indeed our tour took a bit longer than the stated two hours because the group was asking so many questions!

5.00Bea was a really fantastic guide, she answered all my friqui questions about politics, history and language with a lot if depth and interest, and recommended me some great sources of further information. A fantastic experience as a newcomer to Bilbao, I would definitely choose Local Experts again.
