The full-day trip starts with a visit to Titisee-Neustadt, a pretty town in the heart of Germany's Black Forest. Before returning to Zurich, stop at Rhine Falls to watch the waters of the Rhine River crashing down a 75-foot (23-meter) drop.

Check in for your tour at the bus parking Sihlquai. Settle aboard your luxury coach, departing central Zurich for the drive north to southern Germany.

5.00Had a great day out in the Black Forest and Rhine Falls made all the more special by our tour guide, Urs. His knowledge of the regions that we visited was excellent and he explained things in great detail whilst being entertaining at the same time. He was very attentive and nothing was too much bother for him. I don't think that he'd mind me saying that for a gentleman of his age he is a dynamo and his communication skills with several different nationalities was very impressive. If you're lucky enough to get Urs as your tour guide in the future then you've struck gold.

4.00Great trip, but be prepared for a long day on winding roads. Sit in the front of the bus if prone to being bus sick. Nice way to check off two items from your bucket list. Good driver/good guide.
