Yalahau Lagoon

Just 30 minutes by boat from Holbox is the Yalahau Cenote (Ojo de Agua), a place with fresh waters that, according to legends, have strange properties, as they say that when submerged in them, people will feel as if they had 10 years less. Ojo de agua is a large natural pool where fresh water flows, surrounded by plants, trees and shrubs, which you can see from the highest point of the viewpoint located here.

Isla De La Pasion

Isla Pasión is a small islet that is 10 minutes from Holbox by boat. It is said that it was the corner of lovers and hence the name. It is the ideal place to enjoy virgin beaches, the sun and the sea; for its calm atmosphere and its tropical adventure space, far from civilization.

    Would not recommend this tour. The guides were late at each place, which definitely made the experience not so great since we were waiting on them at the pickup spot. We didn’t get to go to the bird island high is what we were most looking forward to. The cenote and mosquito point were a bit boring. I think it is very overpriced for what you get. But being on the boat was cool.
