Paul was very knowledgable about Bath history and Bridgerton facts. He was equipped with pictures reminding us of the set locations and scenes. Be prepared for a quiz! Super fun, I would highly recommend. Enjoy!

The guide was not that friendly. He would not let Anyone interrupt him with questions. He was quite knowledgeable but he was a pain.

Interesting facts about Bridgerton with filming locations, but the tour guide was quite rude about people in the tour having to leave early and not knowing the answers to difficult trivia questions.

A funny & informative walk through beautiful Bath with a Bridgerton storyline. Good way to see some beautiful buildings & get a reminder of how Bath is used as a back drop to the Bridgerton show.

This was a fabulous way to learn about Bath and at the same time indulge in some Bridgerton trivia. It was the perfect blend of history, sightseeing and Bridgerton tales.

We were really looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. Although Paul was very knowledgeable about *Bridgerton* and clearly had done his research, his attitude and behavior were quite disappointing. He was scolding from the start, despite us being on time, and made dismissive comments about American tourists and their understanding of English – which we found rude and unnecessary. Throughout the tour, he walked far ahead of the group, often leaving behind those with mobility issues. This made it difficult for some of us to keep up, and a few had to drop out entirely. We had booked the tour weeks in advance, yet only received a message on the day warning that people who "can’t walk" shouldn’t book – something that should have been communicated clearly beforehand. There were no chances to stop and take photos, and questions from the group were mostly ignored. He never looked back to check if everyone was still with him. At one point, even bystanders passing by commented on his rude and animated behavior, asking what his problem was. While the content was informative, and Bath is beautiful- the delivery left much to be desired. We expected a fun and engaging experience but left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable.

As a first-time visitor from the USA, I’m sure this would have been a nice tour. However, we experienced a slight delay with our train coming to Bath from London. Paul was notified immediately, an hour prior to the start of the tour, and was very dismissive. We did not expect him to delay the tour, however, we did ask if he could estimate where he would be around the time of our arrival so that we could fall in with the tour. After two requests he reluctantly partially provided a few details but then became non-responsive once we arrived. Customer service was lacking as he could have offered to let us attend the next scheduled tour or provide another alternative. Thankfully we were able to find a walking audio Bridgerton tour that surprisingly included the same stops as this one and we were able to complete our own private tour.
