Athough there are places to eat in Lacock ,our lunch stop, we recommend guests consider purchasing a picnic lunch. This allows maximum time to enjoy the places we visit and avoids delays.

Early arrival at Stonehenge to ensure the best experience without the crowds. Entrance tickets to Stonehenge are reserved and picked up by your Mad Max guide to avoid queuing and delays. Plenty of time to visit the extensive information centre and wonderful displays. There is also a café for refreshments. Please make sure you have a debit or credit card on the day of the tour to pay for your Stonehenge ticket.
Avebury Stone Circle
Walk freely amongst these magnificent stones. Soak up the atmosphere and the magical charm of this ancient site. Try your hand at dowsing. Time to wander around this pretty village with its 17th century thatched pub.

5.00We had a wonderful day on this tour. Jerry, our guide, was very knowledgeable and very personable. He pointed out places of interest and we especially enjoyed seeing the thatched roofs on many houses in the Cotswold. The recommendation of packing a lunch turned out to be a good one, although there are many places to pick up food where we stopped. The bus is locked when we were not on it so it is secure. It is an all day event, we met at 8am and returned at 5:30pm. There was plenty of time to explore when we stopped and thought that the history of the stones and the villages was amazing. It was great to get to Stonehenge early as it became crowded quickly.

5.00We had a great time discovering Cotswolds, different sights and Stonehenge. Andy was a fun and charismatic tour guide! We had a beautiful sunny day and he had a lot of great information to share with us! Mad Max yours was amazing!

5.00This was a very good trip to see Avebury stones and village. Amazing that it's 16 x bigger than Stonehenge. The cotwolds were beautiful and quaint. Stonehenge was magical. We had plenty of time to appreciate each unique place. Andy, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Loved having him as a guide.

5.00Andy, our driver, was excellent and provided a lot of good information along the way. My mom and I felt like for all the places we went in one day, we had an adequate amount of time at each stop. I highly recommend this tour if you don’t have a lot of time in the area and want to several places in one day. I loved the small size of our group and the freedom we had to go and see what we wanted to at each stop.

5.00Even though I have done this tour previously, Kevin was able to provide lots of additional history and facts about places we visited or passed through. My sisters first time in UK and she also loved it.
