5.00Emanuel was amazing. There was bumper to bumper traffic on the freeway so he took us the back roads and made us on time. It was raining when he dropped us off. He got out of the can and looked for a closer parking spot so we wouldn't get wet.

2.00No talking to driver. Never asked if we'd like music or answered the few simple questions we asked. Ear bud in and listening to his music and almost rude silence. Hour and half ride. If you dislike your job, get another.
