Cocora Valley, in Salento (one of the places that belong to the Coffee Triangle) is one of the few entrance areas to Los Nevados National Natural Park, an environmentally protected park of snowy peak mountains. Besides, the valley was considered as Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia Heritage Site by UNESCO. Hike through this magic valley and enjoy some of the best views of the world. Be sure to have your cellphone fully charged, we know you’ll want to take pictures of the amazing nature. And, if you suddenly get caught by the mists and winds, don’t worry about it, that’s how weather tends to be, and it will only make the landscapes look even more magical.

5.00The Cocora Valley is beautiful and the experience at Finca Luger we loved; it is not only a visit that you are told about coffee, it is much more, you participate in the whole coffee process (harvesting, fruit treatment, roasting...) Our guide Nicalai is a super friendly person, very attentive to everything, open to any concerns from us. You can see that he loves his land and has passed it on to us, we have learned a lot with him. Driver Eduar was also very friendly and attentive during the journey.

5.00Laura was a fantastic guide and made the entire day easy and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and gave great recommendations for lunch and stops around Salento. We especially loved the coffee tour, which felt personal and well paced. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a smooth, personalized tour of the highlights in the region.

5.00My family and I booked the private tour and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide was Juan Camilo who was very knowledgable on the area and the wildlife and was great company for the day. As it was a private tour it meant we could go at our own pace and receive information tailored to our interests. We even saw a condor which was a bonus! The coffee tour was also very engaging. Would highly recommend.

5.00This was another amazing tour that we booked through Gran Colombia Tours and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was very well organized and the experience was truly memorable. Our tour guide, Peter, went above and beyond. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. He was attentive to every detail and always ready to help with anything we needed. The agency itself was very responsive and supportive, especially when it came to any delays or questions. We would absolutely book with Gran Colombia Tours again. When we go back to Colombia, we will 100 percent choose them again. The entire team and the area were absolutely wonderful.
