1.0I had a tour booked for quite a while. I was billed for the tour, but no showed. NOBODY would answer any form of communication. I waited in the lobby over an hour in case they were just running late. I'd been planning this trip for about a year. Tour day was supposed to be a 10-hour tour. When we realized NOBODY from your company would help us, we attempted to book a same day tour with another company. Everything was booked. We had to waste our last day of our trip for absolutely no reason. This is the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in the world. It crushed me, a tourist who had been looking forward to an experience, to treated like I don't exist and my time and money are meaningless.
