5.00I've done a lot of cooking classes around SE Asia, this one stood out because of the rice paper making and the location. The garden and facilities are very cute. I've never made rice paper in a cooking class, that was particularly interesting. I also liked the herbal drink making a lot, and enjoyed learning about different plants around the garden.

5.00The ladies who work at the organic garden are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Vietnamese cuisine as well as life in Vietnam in general. I think everyone would enjoy the cooking class even if you don't cook yourself. The ladies show you everything and help you along the way. First we made a refreshing drink and then a 3-course meal consisting of staple Vietnamese dishes - spring rolls, crispy pancake and fried eggplant with papaya salad. I had asked for a vegetarian meal and the staff met my request and provided delicious mushrooms instead of meat. All in all, it was a great experience in a peaceful environment with lovely people and amazing fresh food!
